Hi, I bought a blackberry pearl that was suppose to be fully flashed to cricket but I am unable to get internet every time I try to connect in says I am unable to connect to try later and if it continues contact your service provider. I have and they said they can not help me because the phone is not theirs. Could someone please help?
Try to input Cricket internet settings into your phone.Then see if that will connect.
Give them a call back and talk to someone else – what they told you is crap. You are still using their call plans so of course they can help you. They will need to send you their settings in order for you to use it.
Call them and ask them to send the settings through to your number. You then accept the settings and you should be good to go.
