Has Any Batsman Ever Hit A Six Directly Behind Them In Cricket Before?

I seen a six hit in cricket in front and to the side but has any batsman ever hit a six backwards directly behind them. How often does this happen?

It happens about once every 3 or 4 matches. It happened in the last ODI match between Australia and the West Indies. One of the West Indies top order batsman tried hooking the ball and got a top edge and it went directly over the side screen behind him.

It does not happen that often. It happens mostly from mishits. I remember one from Mark Boucher against India in the 90′s. I think the bowler was Srinath

On fast pitches against fast bowlers, you can top edge a hook shot for 6.
It has happened about 4 times in this Australian summer.

I have seen sachin hit one at MCG.
It usually happens when ball take top edge and the bowler should be quick.
