27 February 2010 14 Comments

In the on going series between India and Australia, out of 4 matches sachin has made only 90 runs(14,4,32,40).He is feeling much difficulty to score runs.Is this signs that Sachin has to quit One day cricket?

He should play important trophy series and not all the series.

Sachin is still the best ODI opener India has got today, who can defend the moving fast deliveries as necessary and also take advantage of fielding restrictions as and when the opportunity arises. Don’t forget how Sachin performed in NZ and also for the Compaq cup in Srilanka……. and of course who can forget the back-to-back wins against Australia in Australia in the VB Series best of three Finals rendering the third final unnecessary?

not really he has the ability to start the innings good and once he had started he can hit the ball out of the park as no one can do with pure timing moreover he is really excited to play against now-a-days and want to hit them and so he is over trying to face them so he is not able to do so
and the aussies are more talented and they are playing mind games with sachin so they are the winners in the game b/w them and sachin
h should retire and give chance to youth

definitely not. he must continue till 2015 world cup. the last 2 games he was unlucky to be out after a good start, a poor decision by umpire & a run-out. Sachin’s presence scares the opposition & he should still hang around. Not too long back, he scored 160 or 170* before he got retired hurt, he would have surely made a double century that day.

If an unknown person knows its time, definitely he and the Indian Team will better know than you. So shut up. He is still strong and he can go a long way. His last two innings has been good. a run out spoiled the party in 3rd match and unlucky decision again put him to back in 4th match. Still he was the top scorer of that innings. His presence itself can lift the spirits of the Dressing Room and the players.

He has played excellently in last two innings but had been unlucky as he ran him out in 3rd ODI and given LBW wrongly by umpire.
