How Can I Watch Cricket Online For Free Without Sopcast?

I would like to watch cricket games (free online) when I have downtime at work, however, there is some glitch when I install Sopcast (similar results with TVU and WinAmp). Tried to troubleshoot using advice from different sites, but nothing has worked. I have Windows Media Player and Real Player. Are there any free sites that use these 2 modes of streaming? All of the sites that I’ve searched seem to require Sopcast. Is there any workaround? Any help would be appreciated.

    there r some sites that do show live cricket through wmp but it buffers like hell.
    What problem r u having with sopcast at work?Maybe ask a question on here and c if u can find a solution
