How Do You Put Cricket Voice Mail From Spanish To English ?

cricket customer service don’t know what their talking about and are not very helpful… now my voice mail is stuck in Spanish please help!!!!

    I had the same thing happen to a while back and got a friend who speaks spanish to help me. call your voice mail and press 4 4 5 1 one at a time in between the pauses of the voice menu.
