How Long Does It Take To Know If You Will Develop A Live Cricket Allergy?

1 February 2010 One Comment

I am thinking about getting a Leopard Gecko but i am worried that i might become allergic to live crickets. I have many allergys and have also heard about people with cricket allergy. I am wondering how I would handle crickets to avoid this problem. Is there a way to compleatly avoid touching the crickets while feeding? help!!

You can just buy what you need every few days from the store and dump them straight from the bag into the tank, you’ll never have to touch them. Or buy a cricket keeper (platic container with little plastic tubes the cricket hide in but you can take out to shake a few out into your reptiles cage without having to touch them).
