The West Indies A grade cricket team is comprised of: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago.
I’m not sure about the league or lesser competitions.

jamaica, barbadoes, trinidad and tobago, guyana also from the windward and leeward islands. all these countries are involved in the caribeer cup which is both one day and test. all the countries compete against each other for the cup. i hope that helps.

There is a league structure of sorts, and it includes islands such as Antigua, Barbados, Jamaica, Windward Isles, Leeward Isles, and I think somoetimes a touring team.
It was sponsored by Red Stripe (I’m not too sure as to the current name) and there are also a couple of cup competitions too.
