Rameez Raja, Wasim Akram for example. Rather some are even better than English commentators. The most important thing is speaking English fluently, and most are fluent some maybe need improvement. Overall doesn't make much difference. For example love the King of Spin Shane Warne, yet the way he talks and his accent irritates me, its horrible . . still not quite used to it. So even if its not stereotypical commentator as long fluent in English and accent is smooth and fluent, it doesn't matter. However the manner, technicality and the commentary obviously matters.
