I play cricket and i have my first match tommorow and can you anwser these questions
1.What time do i go to bed?
2.What do i eat for breakfast?
3 What time should be at the ground? ( My match starts at 8:30 )
4.What should i do before the match to warm up?
5. What equipment should i bring to the ground?

1.Somewhat early to bed. Say 10
2.Whichever is comfortable for you but energetic and healthy. Say eggs and bacon
3.7-7:30. Warm yourself up a bit. take a look at the pitch. Jog for three rounds
4.Clean up your mind
5.A Cap, A bat, Pads, Guards, Helmet
Try keep everything as normal as possible, although you should get as much sleep as possible in. For breakfast, don’t eat anything to filling, as it can ‘weigh you down’. Just eat your normal cereal/ toast, not bacon and eggs
You should generally get to the ground 45 minutes – 1 hour beforehand, to properly prepare with warm ups, throw downs, etc.
Warm up with a light jog around the oval and properly stretch all muscle groups to prevent tearing and pulling of muscles. Ideally, you could have completed a dynamic warm up beforehand, comprising of butt-kicks, knee-highs, run through etc.
Equipment should comprise of all batting equipment you have, some drinks and some snacks to keep you going throughout the day.
Good Luck
Which age group or grade are you in?
