well, u cant really get a shiny side in tennis ball . wat i think u can do to swing a tennis ball ( i presume u want a shiny side to swing it ) is tape 1 half of it ( wid insulating tape ) and leave the other half as it is. the weight differ b/w the 2 sides will make it swing according to how u hold it.
EDIT: nilesh, tape works and im not jokin but it depends wat type of tape u r using. here in dubai, wen we play widout equipment. we do dis only to practise against swing bowling.

you can’t get that with a tennis ball, but u can try taking off half of the ball cover with a scissor, to make one side more heavier and ball can deviate in the air slightly. I mean u can try anything which doesn’t affect the bounce of the ball i.e. don’t use a tape.

This can happen only with cricket ball with seam, weight and by varying aerodynamics during the flight of the ball, being bowled at the batsman.
Practically impossible of that in a tennis ball.

Easy – tape up one side. Worked a treat in schoolyard cricket, made the ball go further too when struck.
