I am not dumb. But i need to know how to text ( like how do i put the numbers in right ) for texting to the UK on my Samsung Messenger phone. I just got it from Cricket and I have NO idea what i am doing. Still new with this one, you guys know how it is.

thus far i have put in 01144 and the number but nobody is getting my text
Forget the 011
Start the number with +44 then drop the zero from the start of the number.
So if sending to 01234567890 you would send the txt to +441234567890
The + tells the phone you are dialling an overseas number so no international access code is needed.
PS: The above answerer is incorrect, UK phone numbers are 11 digits long – 5 digit area (or mobile carrier) code then 6 digit number – but only the last 10 are used when dialling from abroad.
Just as if you were callin precede the phone number – UK pphone numbers are 10 digits long – with 011 44 (international & country code).
