If A Verizon Phone Is Flashed For Cricket, Do I Have To Flash It Again To Change Back To Verizon?

I have an LG Chocolate phone that was originally a Verizon phone.
I have used it with Cricket but want to switch to Verizon. Do I have to have it flashed again? If so,will a Verizon store do this?
I believe you have to do it, I think your warranty is voided because of that, so don’t let them know. Just do it your self. Just be sure to back up all your stuff.
