There is a cricket in my house and the noise that it is making is coming near the shoe closet. and its always at night and i don’t know what to do! and i can’t sleep because of it! and can you tell me why its making a noise because i don’t think there is more then one cricket in my house so the male can attract the female ….

Help!! I found a cute cricket in my living room who seems to have gotten into the house from our garden. The problem is that when I was trying to take him back out he ran and hid under the stairs. You see, I don’t want to kill him, I like crickets! But I’m afraid my hamster can eat it since he’s nearby, again I can’t have a cricket living under my stairs, Can I?
