There was a cartoon on in the mid-90s and the main character had a little friend who I think was a cricket or something small and green and he use to drive a car with a round glass window, does anyone know what it is? Sorry its a bit vague but thats all we can remember about it.

I went to a cricket match with my new bf and it was really cool. I want to play cricket, too. I cannot relate to the freaky tall people in basketball. Anyway, I don’t watch it. People have picnics and bring families to play cricket.

In many games like cricket, golf, tennis and baseball, we notice that a spinning ball deviates from its parabolic trajectory as it moves through air.
I know that this deviation can be partly explained on the basis of Bernoulli’s principle, I already have text regarding this topic, I was just wondering if someone could explain the phenomenon in simpler words.
