I am getting a Cricket pre-paid plan, but their phones are expensive so i am going to get a cheaper one. I was told that they will put Verizon phones onto Cricket, so that is what I want to do. Will they put the phone i already bought onto my pre-paid plan, and will they put a Verizon phone on the plan or is it Cricket phones and Cricket phones only?

I want to buy a phone but my mom doesn’t want to sign any contracts. I love Cricket’s unlimited talk and texting but i think that their phones aren’t so good.

I am switching to Cricket soon and a friend of mine has offered to give me his old Blackberry. Will I be able to use this phone on Cricket? If so, how?

I’m looking at Cricket plans because they’re more in my price range, but the rest of my family has Verizon. If I get a Cricket plan with unlimited anytime minutes and text does this mean no special charges to call/text people on other networks/landlines?

I was just wondering because I am 17 and the reason I am looking at Cricket because you don’t have to sign a two year contract, which I cannot legally sign and my parents will not sign for me. So can I just go into a Cricket store and purchase the phone and plan with my own debut card or would I have to be 18.
