I want to understand this Indian male craze for cricket.
Can you guys tell me what is it exactly that hooks you on to cricket?
How many of you watch cricket because every boy is doing it (peer pressure)?
And what gets women so hooked on to cricket?
everybody has a game…
almost everybody in this world..
some have soccer, some basketball, some wrestling, some sporting events, some hockey and so on…
In India we grow up hearing and watching cricket… We put up lot of emotional attachments with a game and follow it religiously hence so much cricket…
Most of the guys play cricket also as the only game…
Girls also grow up watching up only hence the reason..

i think it the glamour associated with cricket that drives youngsters towards this game. they mint a lot of money,get instant fame in a country like india.. all such things apart frm the game itself draw them more towards the game
