Cricket isn’t popular here, I don’t understand the game and don’t follow it at all but I think Ireland did ok recently at some international competition or something? Has Ireland ever played England in modern history?

i think they played each other in the months leading up to the 2007 World Cup…actually, if i remember right, it could be roughly the last time that the Poms won a game LOL j/k
