    Lala Amarnath
He was the first cricketer to score a Test century for the Indian cricket team, which he scored 118 against England in the second innings on 17th December 1933 in his debut match.

Prince Ranjitsinhji – against Australia at Old Trafford in 1896. Admittedly he was playing for England at the time, but I still think it counts.
