Why Do Baseball Fans Think Its Ok To Come Into The Cricket Section And Insult Cricket Fans?

Recently there have been questions posted in the cricket section of YA by baseball fans calling cricket fans retards among other things. How would you like it if cricket fans came on to the baseball section and insulted baseball fans
Its a horrible thing to do. Baseball and Cricket are cousin sports. If anything, the fans should be uniting and teaching eachother the sport.
Baseball fans who do this lower my opinions on baseball. They give the impression that only idiots support baseball, but this is not the case at all. While I cannot sit through a game of baseball myself, I still respect those who do on a regular basis and this respect is lost when people come and insult us cricket fans.
I think it’s mainly kids with too much time on their hands.Having said that, I think it’s up to other baseball fans to bring them into line. One way is by alienating their Qs and answers from their own section.Just like we try to get rid of that nasty person in the cricket section.
If it makes you feel any better, there’s a wrestling fan who always comes here and insults baseball.
But it’s just kids/trolls who are looking for attention. The secret is to ignore them – if they don’t get a response it’s not much fun for them.
I am a baseball fan and I wouldn’t do that. There are always a few in every crowd and we have had our share from the Cricket section and I would suggest you don’t pay any attention to the posts because that is what they are looking for.

If it came down to a slanging match, I think cricket fans would be well placed to hold their own…..
You’re absolutely right. Baseball fans should not insult cricket since cricket is the only game that makes baseball look fast paced and exciting.
